Florida statute 316.1939 does not allow any hardship reinstatement of a drivers license on a 2nd or subsequent suspension for refusing a breath or blood test or if a driver has been convicted of DUI two or more times.
Any person who’s CDL licenses is suspended or revoked cannot get a hardship license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
