For the past twenty-seven years, Mr. Rutkowski has been immersed in the practice of DUI and criminal law. Before entering the legal profession, he dedicated two years to serving as a deputy sheriff in Pinellas County, Florida, specializing in the DUI squad. His law enforcement journey concluded upon admission to law school.
Upon completing law school, Mr. Rutkowski transitioned into the role of an Assistant State Attorney, where a two-year tenure paved the way for the establishment of his own DUI and criminal defense practice. Since 1997, he has consistently practiced in these areas. In addition to handling DUI and criminal defense cases in state court, Mr. Rutkowski extends his expertise to the United States Federal District Courts, covering the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida and Georgia, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
